Conclusion

沟通已经成为企业正常管理中的关键环节。公司决策需要一个有效的沟通过程才能施行,沟通的过程就是对决策的理解传达的过程。决策表达得准确、清晰、简洁是进行有效沟通的前提,而对决策的正确理解是实施有效沟通的目的。在决策下达时,决策者要和执行者进行必要的沟通,以对决策达成共识,使执行者准确无误的按照决策执行,避免因为对决策的曲解而造成的执行失误。

Communication has become an important part in the normal management in enterprise. The implementation of a company decision requires an effective communication process, which is the process of understanding and communication of the decision. The pre-condition of effective communication is the accurate, clear and concise expression of the decision, while the aim of carrying out effective communication is to correctly understand the decision. When issuing decision, the decision-maker needs to make necessary communication with the executor, so as to make common understanding, have the executor accurately follow the decision, and avoid mistakes due to the misunderstanding of the decision.

企业管理讲求实效,只有从问题的实际出发,实事求是才能解决问题。而在沟通中获得的信息是最及时、最前沿、最实际、最能够反映当前工作情况的。在企业的经营管理中出现的各种各样的问题,如果单纯从事物的表面现象来解决问题,不深入了解情况,接触问题本质,会给企业带来灾难性的损失。

Practical results shall be stressed in business management. Only starting from its real situation, and be practical and realistic can the problem be solved. It is the information gained from communication that can reflect the current work in the most timely, practical way. For various issues emerging in the business management of enterprise, if we only try to solve them from the superficial phenomenon without in-depth exploration and understanding of the essence of them, the enterprise will bear disastrous loss.

个人与个人之间、个人与群体之间、群体与群体之间开展积极、公开的沟通,从多角度看待一个问题,那么在管理中就能统筹兼顾、未雨绸缪。在许多问题还未发生时,管理者就从表象上看到、听到感觉到,经过研究分析,把一些不利于企业稳定的因素扼杀掉。企业是在不断解决经营中的问题中前进的,企业中问题的解决是通过企业中有效的沟通实现的。

Open and proactive communication shall be conducted between individuals, individual and groups as well as groups. If we comprehensively view an issue from various aspects, then we will be able to make overall planning and all-round consideration, and make early preparations for future troubles. In this way, by looking and listening from appearance, and after careful study and analysis, the enterprise manager will be able to kill the unstable factors of enterprise in the bud. An enterprise is progressing in the process of constantly solving the issues emerging in the operation. The resolve of the issues in enterprise are realized through effective communication.
