10月23日，微软与台湾仁宝电脑股份（Compal Electronics）就谷歌Android专利侵权问题达成一致，签订授权协议，仁宝向微软支付相应的Android专利费（按出品数量计算）。

     这是Android设备生产厂商(ODM)与微软签订类似协议的第十个案例，应该引起我们的高度关注（注：这是近4个月以来签订的第九个类似协议）。有人说，微软以此发财比出售自己的产品还要多。

     在我们国内，有人还在替谷歌Android 4.0叫好，简直是瞎胡闹。11月8日，在我国台北召开的Ubuntu硬件峰会一定让人大开眼界，轻型Lubuntu 11.10是干什么用的？你猜猜看。

     说明：“The current list of Microsoft’s patent agreements include Samsung, HTC, Wistron, Quanta, Acer and General Dynamics Itronix. This is the tenth agreement relating to Microsoft’s Android patents, and the ninth agreement in the last four months”，这是明摆着的事情，微软迟早要找上门来讨要谷歌Android的专利费。......我才不是微软的“卧底”（即”无间道“）呢！
