Be aware of how much you keep your word today

(观察今天之内你有多守诺言)
Day 2
Be aware of what you are listening to ; be
aware of whether you enjoy listening to Spirit or to Ego .
(观察你所听到的,及察觉你喜欢聆听圣灵还是小我的声音)
Day 3
Give some money away -- not because the
recipient deserves it . Bless it . Notice how you feel .
(捐出一些钱——不是因为接收者值得收到,祝福所给予的钱,观察你有什么感觉)
Day 4
Do something nice for yourself today .
Examples : get a massage ; go out for dinner ;
treat yourself to something that brings you joy and peace .
(做些对自己好的事,例如:作按摩、外出吃晚餐,做些让自己喜悦及平静的事)
Day 5
Do something special for someone special -- in
action , or in a kind word .
(为某位特殊的人做些特别的事,有实际的行动,或说些好听的话语)
Day 6
In the morning after reading the lesson , sit
quietly and ask yourself whom you resent . The first person who
comes to mind is the right person . Make an attempt to contact this
person : talk face - to - face , call on the talephone , write , or
meditate and clear the resentment .
(在早晨读过课程后,安静的坐一会儿,然后问你自己 :
谁是你最憎恨的、最不满的?当第一个跳进你的脑海的人,那么他(她)就是正确的人了。尝试去联络他(她),面对面聊天,或打个电话、写一封信给他(她),或者藉由静心冥想来净化那些不满与气愤)
