Today I open my mind and heart in such a way that
I can hear God speak to me and give me
direction（今天我全然地敞开心灵及心－－因此我可以听到上主对我轻语及给予我方向）
. I am open and able to receive His guidance
（我是敞开的，让我能够接收祂的指引）. When
He speaks to me（当祂向我轻语） , holy ideas come to my
mind （神圣的构想就涌进我脑海）.God also speaks
to me through my brothers and sisters when they
are sharing their love with me （每当我的兄弟姐妹们与我分享他（她）们的爱时，也正是上主经由他（她）们向我发言）.
I hear God's voice all day（这一整天我听到上主的天音）
.
Thank everyone for his or her inner
goodness （感谢每个人内在的善良）. Do not thank or
agree with Ego （不要感谢或认同小我）; thank the part of
everyone that is peaceful（感激每个人祥和平安的那一部分） . Thank
everyone's inner being（感激每个人内在的真实存在）
