Today I feel peaceful(今天我感觉很安详宁静） . I am so
comfortable that I have a warm , fuzzy feeling inside
（我内心有一种温馨且松软的感觉，让我如此的舒适）.
I know that God is taking care of me（我知道上主一直悉心照顾着我） . The power
of the Universe is with me（宇宙的力量与我同在） , and it protects
me from all harm （而它庇佑着我免于受伤害）; it even
protects me from my own dark thoughts （它甚至保护我远离黑暗的思想）. As I allow
all grievances（当我允许所以的怨恨） , anger
（愤怒）,
fear（恐惧）
, turmoil and other negativity to fall
away（混乱及其他负面情绪远离） , my perception
is changed and I am open to the unconditional love that is always
available to me （我的理想即会改变，而且我向无条件的爱敞开，它也永远等着我去取）.
I am happy and peaceful in knowing that God loves me
unconditionally （我很幸福及安详地知悉，上主是无条件地爱我的）.
