Today － all day — I
literally walk around with my hands open to
receive(这一整天，我随处地走动，并打开我的双手去接收)
. I am not surprised when I realize that I am receiving
without having to do anyting(我并不奇怪，当我理解到我并不需要做任何事，就可以接收） .
When someone offers to contribute something to me
（当有些人，对我做出某些贡献）, I accept
graciously（我以感恩的心去接纳） . Knowing that each
gift is a gift from God （知道每件礼物都是来自上主）, I experience
profound thankfulness and gratitude within
myself（在我内心，我体验到一种深层的感激与感恩） ;
God hears my thankfulness and
gratitude（当上主听到我的感激与感恩） ,and responds
with more gifts from many sources （就会从更多的来源回馈我更多的礼物）.
Today I remember to keep saying to myself “I am open to
receive all of God's gifts
.” （今天我牢记并且不断地告诉自己“我全然的放开与接受所有上主的礼物）
