美成人网站FriendFinder逆市申请IPO 拟募4.6亿
FriendFinder Networks是阁楼媒体集团2007年12月收购Adult FriendFinder之后组建的新公司，当时这一收购的价格为4亿美元。该公司旗下网站包括《阁楼》等。
俄罗斯投行Renaissance Capital将负责FriendFinder Networks此次的上市。文件显示，FriendFinder Networks希望通过IPO筹集4.6亿美元的资金，而这些资金将被用于偿还公司账面上近5亿美元的债务。
这一注册声明非常简单，但外界仍然可以通过该声明了解FriendFinder Networks的财务状况。数据显示，FriendFinder Networks今年前3个季度的营收为2.44亿美元，其成人服务共有946598名注册用户。（金童）
