嵩明马鞍山马缨花

“何须名苑看春风，一路山花不负侬。”又到暖春三月，马鞍山马缨花开得正盛。

马鞍山位于嵩明县牛栏江镇荒田村，它是一个静谧秀美的苗族村寨，2014年被列入“国家第三批传统村落”保护名录，当地遍值着马缨花树。

马缨花为杜鹃科马樱杜鹃，杜鹃花属的一种，“闲折一枝持在手，细看不是人间有，花中此物是西施。”诗人白居易曾做此诗称赞它。

每年3月，马缨花竞相开放，高大的马缨树一树紧挨着一树，连绵数十里，在千亩青山中随风摇曳，灿若云锦，可谓壮观。

沿着山路弯弯行进，红、黄、粉、白的马樱花各显姿态，一朵朵、一簇簇，像晨雾里的火炬，又像彩云中的霞光，静静地绽放在山头。

马缨花的花期很长，可以达到45天，3月中旬是赏花的最佳时节。

阳春三月，青龙街道王家小院的樱花已盛开，谷内7万多株关山樱、白妙樱、中国红樱花等樱花争艳绽放。

禄劝马鹿塘杜鹃

在马鹿塘，杜鹃花期依气候和海拔而不同，低山暖热地带的杜鹃多在3月开放。

马鹿塘的杜鹃花主要分布在上火房和风貌岭这两个地方。成片的杜鹃花开在绿色的草原上，非常壮观。
