OK finally something good to report today.  Last couple of days just sucked so hard!  Well, maybe nothing too contributing to PR
management but at least something I'm really happy with myself.  I"ve finished the new AudioTraffic's song, I thought it felt really
comfortable, in fact, it was the most comfortable recording I did, no pressure song.  If this song works, I would love to go towards this direction in the future.  Never had so much fun singing one song since the first time I recorded a song with "Rock Record" called "Kwai tso Kai".  I think I'm really doomed to do more "Punk" and "Rock".  

I guess from all the pressure about exposure bullshit last week, it's nice to come home and see friends at the 903 Awards today.  I went to this Press Conference today to support Paul Wong for the "Let's Fight" song.  I saw all 24 Herbs, Paul Wong, Ryan Hui, Family, Ah Sik, Dear Jane, Lau Yi Tat, Candy Lo, Janice, Eason and Ah Kay there, etc etc.  So many friends, that's all I need sometimes when you are down, all it takes is friends.  Home and babies.  When ever I come back, my seven little babies rushes at me.  Best time is to take a shower and sit on the bed with all my bbs and watch DVD. Anyway, gotta get ready for tomorrow.  Goodnight! Have a good night sleep like me tonigt!

好啦!! 今天终於有些好消息报告, 过去数日真的不济!!! 嗯, 可能没什麼分配给公关部, 但是我却自得其乐, 我刚完成了AudioTraffic 作给我的一首歌, 我觉得这感觉很舒服, 事实上, 这是我所录最舒服的一首歌, 没有压力, 如这首被人接受, 我很乐意将来向这方向发展, , 我第一次录音是滚石唱片的一首歌 "Kwai tso Kai", 自从那次之后, 也不曾唱过像AudioTraffic作给我这麼有乐趣的一首歌, 我想我真的已被定为多做关於 “庞客” 和 “摇滚”了。
回想上星期的那些压力及废话, 今天终能回来及於叱o宅903记者会看见自己的朋友, 今天我去了这记者会支持黄贯中”Let’s Fight” 的歌, 在那里, 我看见24味, 黄贯中, 讦怀欣, Family, 阿式, Dear Jane, 刘以达, 卢巧音, 卫兰, 陈奕迅, 阿 Kay等等, 很多朋友, 这些都是当不快时我所须的, 就是朋友, 家庭及宝贝们, 每当我回来时, 我的七个小宝贝便会向我奔来, 正是享受一个淋浴, 跟我的宝贝坐在床上, 欣赏光碟, 无论如何, 都要为明天作好准备。晚安!! 今晚像我好好的睡一夜吧!!
