You caught me, that I am thinking about to write something to you la.

Wondering how a company can have huge increase w/o pass through the whole bribery story... Now the BCA causes our direct sales facing a tremendous drop this year, partner sales is getting more shares originally belongs to direct sales.

I thought my job is BD, now my boss is using me as a sales person, or Key account sales whatever. Energy business seems to be very hot, but none of the energy service companies so far survived only through energy business, unless they are focusing  on the real big projects to the industries, while we do not have the competence.

Somehow feeling a bit buried, but enjoy the nice quite life, there is no longer focus  to me, and since transferred, the tracking system of top talent does not work anymore...:-) at the beginning it seems strange to me, but now got use to it. Honestly should merge HR or other support function with shared services, to reach a real standard.

China is never boring, so you should think of the relocation again...
