In consequence of the financial crisis shocks, both China’s high-risk financial and energy sectors encounter deep-seated problems. The journal undertakes an in-depth investigation into the financial ecosystem of oil, coal, electricity and new energy, so as to formulate wisdom necessary for China’s financial and energy sectors to fight the financial crisis. Energy Review argues that China should speed up the integration process of financial and energy sectors, strengthen the financial support for energy exploration, develop oil futures market, and take full advantage of new opportunity for developing new energy.  Chinese experts suggest that China should take a fast action to fill the gaps of the strategies and tactics between financial and energy sectors, to cope with the hit by the financial crisis.
