将中国香港大学2007/2008年录取澳洲高中学校VCE成绩学生的复函发布于此。
请有意就读香港大学或香港境内大学的同学留意,并可利用此线索了解更多信息
(大意是,凡在澳就读高中VCE课程的学生,毕业时成绩在80%以上、自愿申请香港大学或香港境内其他大学者,均可被校方录取)

HKUST welcomes applicants from overseas, no matter they are Australians
or
Chinese nationals studying in Australia.
For students' information, those who need a student visa to pursue study
in Hong Kong will be considered as non-local students for admissions
purpose. Those who do not need a student visa to pursue study in Hong
Kong
will be considered as local-students for admissions purpose. Non-local
students will have to pay higher tuition fees. Details of the fees can
be
found on our website at:
https://www.ab.ust.hk/arr/adm/ug/admissions/direct/fees.html
The minimum entry requirement for both local and non-local students from
from the Victoria system is:
2007
ENTER of at least 87
2008 onwards
ENTER of at least 80 (subject to Senate approval in early October)
Meanwhile, students may visit our website for admission information or
details of the programs offered at:
www.ust.hk/admissions
(more update information for 2008 entry will be available by November
2007)

I am the Principal of a senior secondary college in Victoria
Australia.
Our high school certificate is called the Victorian Certificate of
Education (VCE) and our related tertiary entry score is called the ENTER
they are widely recognised around the world. Does your
university
recognise these qualifications for undergraduate entry? Does it make
any
difference if the students are Chinese nationals rather than
Australian?
