Trip to Europe

Gving up my study time willingly, I began my trip to Europe with my classmates. I have seen Europe quiet a lot on books, internets and TV. But I still can’t figure out what Europe id really like. The time I step on this old mysterious land, I will find my own answer

ENGLAND

After 11 hours flying, I finally took a step on this old and beautiful land. Being in this country, the most impressive things I’ve seen are the buildings. Every single buildings in this country showed its ability and its pursuit of beauty. Even the booth and street lights were well decorated. And some street lights worn a little crown which showed the charger, queen ER. In the London tower, every place you could find has the simple of ER. Being in the school there was also a interesting experience. We spent the second day in Harrow School, one of the most famous school in England. It is a boy school with 500 years history. Mostly we just visited the school, but we had an IT class with them. From these boys we can see the different between young Chinese and young English. The boys there are well behaved and polite. I think the boys in China really should learn it from them. But in England, the war of power was as strong as it was in China. When we went to the London tower, there was a tower called Bloody Tower. It is said that two little princes were killed there by their uncle. Because the uncle Harry 3rd wanted to become the king. So you see, this kind of thing happened not only in China, but also in England, and in every place that have emperors or kings. It seems that every country has a famous and high building which can see the whole country. London Eye is the one in England. It is a huge ferries wheel. It can carry 30 people in one cable and it has more than 10 cables. Can you imagine how big it is? It is so big that you can hardly feel its move when you are on it. And we can recognize many famous landmark when we got in the London Eye. It fabulous! The traffic in England is ok, at least much better than China. Cause most English choose to go out by subway. The subway in England is very convenient and cheap. It easy to get to wherever you want by subway. The day we went to Madam Tussah and Oxford Street, we tried the subway. Like the subway in China, it is crowed. But it is not noisy. Everybody does their job and keeps quiet. That is the same in the street. Compare to USA, England is not that out going and hospitable, but they are more gentlemen and pay more attention to the etiquette. We only stayed for 6 days, but I think I have learnt and seen a lot, and finally got a chance to feel its breath.
