Just a reminder that the deadline for online submission for the 2008 AAN Annual Meeting PowerPoint Website is April 11th. After this you will only be able to submit in the speaker ready room at the conference.

*Please note that your Username and Password has now changed. Below are your updated login credentials.
1. Please submit your presentation using the username and password and link below.  Submission instructions are provided on the website.  https://cms.psavcns.com/34300a/.  If the link does not take you directly to the website, copy and paste it into your browser.  Your username and password are case sensitive!

Once your presentation has been submitted via the website, you will be able to update it by resubmitting a revision and removing the original.

2. All presenters are required to check in at the Speaker Ready Room, located in the McCormick Place West Convention Center, Room 181A. This is the single most important action you will take to ensure your presentation is a success.

Services will be provided up to 4 hours before your presentation is to take place. The Speaker Ready Room will be open on Saturday, April 12 from 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Sunday, April 13 from 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Monday, April 14 from 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 15 from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 16 – Friday, April 18 from 6:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m., and Saturday, April 19 from 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

3. If you have any additional audiovisual requests, please forward them to Naomi Soderbeck at nsoderbeck@aan.com by Friday, April 4th.
