还是今年8月份，老板到国外开会，我们团队有7篇论文入选，其中本人有一篇因为将要发表，因此，就没有按大会要求将代号为No.P2126 的poster没能如期在大会上张贴!

     不料时隔一个多月，大会主席Gian Luigi Lenzi教授发来邮件，要求我们对此做出合理的解释，所以，按照老板的意思，把事情的原委向老外作了较为详尽的解释！

     通过这件事，本人对大会组委会和大会主席Gian Luigi Lenzi教授的严谨的态度深表敬佩！同时也使自己意识到及时沟通和交流的必要性，如够自己当时能够及时去信和大会组委沟通，完全可以做到，该篇文章及可在大会上张贴，有不妨碍发表，两全其美，岂不更好！为了表示对自己的小小惩罚，下面就把回信贴出来，让自己时时注意做事严谨的重要性！

We are regretting that the No.P2126 poster was not been posted promptly in the 11th EFNS Congress in Brussels, August 25-28, 2007, and I apologized for not communicating with you in time !

We received the massege from Clinical Neuroscience that the paper was accepted and will be published before we were informed the poster would be posted in the 11th EFNS Congress in Brussels. According to the related regulations of PR of China, the articles which has been published or will be published should not be permitted to participate in Congress. We did not present the poster promptly in order to obviate the conflictions arising from these regulations.

Indeed I participated in the 11th EFNS Congress in Brussels, August 25-28, 2007 and presented at the relevant poster session. Personnaly I thought this Congress was perfect and successful in every aspect! I look forward to meeting you in the upcoming EFNS Congress 2008, Madrid, and then honestly I will apologize for this to you and your follows again!
