很多人问我:引杆位置是怎样的,手腕动作又是如何等等此类问题,我建议他们要从整体出发来认识全挥杆,而不应单纯注重个别部位的动作。下面我从正面,侧面把tiger的动作剖析一遍,希望大家可以从中学到知识,从整体上了解全挥杆。

Body is centered at address.

在准备姿势时身体

From the front shoulder to front hip & leg you can draw a straight line.

从正面角度,在左肩、左髋和左脚处可连成一条直线。

This set-up will create a reverse K and pre-set the impact position.

准备姿势的身体是一个反K的造型,和击球的姿势一致。

It will feel like most of the weight is on the front foot before you start swinging the club.

做好这个准备姿势时,身体的重量更多的分布在左侧。

The legs should only have a small knee bend, and then bend from the hips.

膝盖微曲,上身从髋处开始往前倾。

The head position will feel high and looks like a continuing line from the spine.

头稍稍抬高,与脊柱形成一条直线。

Let arms relax and hang straight down from this posture.

手臂放松,手的位置在肩的正下方。

The balance and weight should be equally distributed underneath the feet.

在前后方向上身体的重量分布是平均的。

Hands move to the inside, while keeping the club head outside.

手向身体内侧移动,杆头保持在外侧

No sliding or lateral movement with the body.

身体没有侧向移动。

Fell like the left side stays high with no change in the spine angle.

感觉左肩稍高,以保持脊柱角度不变,

The hips and body are turning around and not away from the ball.

髋和上身一起转绕着脊柱进行转动,脊柱与球的相对位置不变。

 

Half way back:  上杆至一半:

Hands are traveling on an inside plane, makes the swing plane look more laid off.

手在身体内侧,杆身所处的平面较平。

If the body and arms are moving in the right direction the club will stay on plane.

如果身体的转动和手臂的移动正确,杆身自然会处于正确的平面上。

To make a turn without sliding away from the ball, the front leg becomes more bent and the back-leg will straighten. The weight stays over the ball with no weight transfer in the back swing.

在没有侧移的情况下进行身体转动,左膝的弯曲会增大,右膝的弯曲会减小。身体重量分布保持不变,脊柱的位置仍然保持在球的上方。

 

Top of back swing:挥杆顶点

Here the body is in a powerful position at the top of the swing. The shaft is pointing left of the target, arms and shaft are on the same plane, the swing is shorter then parallel which makes it easy to start and transfer all power to the downswing. Our swing model keeps the spine angle stable throughout the swing. Staying over and on top of the ball will produce better and more consistent ball striking.

挥杆顶点是一个聚集能量的位置。杆身指向目标左侧,手臂和杆身位于同一个平面上,杆身仍然在平面内,在下杆过程中不需要调整杆身的角度,更有效的将力量传导至杆头。挥杆模特在整个上杆过程中保持了脊柱角度的不变,同时保持脊柱始终在球的上方以稳定身体,达到更稳定的击球的效果。
