停工索赔(中英文)

该项目建设单位和施工单位签订了工程施工合同。合同规定:钢材、木材、水泥由业主供货到现场仓库,其他材料由承包商自行采购。
当工程施工到第二十三层框架梁钢筋绑扎时,因业主提供的钢筋未到,使该项作业停工14天(该项作业的总时差为0)。10月7日到10月9日因停电、停水使第三层的砌砖停工(该项作业的总时差为4天)。为此,承包商于10月20日向工程师提交了一份索赔报告书,并于10月25日交了一份工期、费用索赔计算书和索赔依据的详细材料。
