版式示例：

借款人未按照本合同的约定偿还借款，应自逾期之日起按照本合同约定的逾期利率计付逾期罚息，直至借款人清偿全部借款本息为止。

If the Borrower fails to repay the loan as per the provision of this Contract, Penalty Interest will be calculated as per the overdue interest rate prescribed herein as of the day when the loan becomes overdue until the Borrower repays all the principal and the relevant interest in full amount.

 

本合同逾期利率按本合同第一条所约定的借款利率的150%确定。

The overdue interest rate hereunder shall be 150% of the interest rate provided in Article 1 hereof.

 

“贷款人”对本合同项下的所有逾期的人民币贷款，从贷款逾期之日起，在本合同第五条规定的贷款利率的基础上加收     作为罚息利率，计收罚息，直至“借款人”全额清偿逾期“贷款”本息之日止。

Article 8   The Lender will charge extra      as default interest on the basis of regulated loan interest under Article 5 of this Contract for all overdue amount of RMB loan since the day it becomes overdue until the day when the Borrwoer repaid all pricipal and interest of the Loan in full amout.

 

 “货款人”对本合同项下的所有逾期的外币贷款，从贷款逾期之日起，在本合同第五条规定的贷款利率的基础上加收    %  作为罚息利率，计收罚息，直至“借款人”全额清偿逾期“贷款”本息之日止。

 The Lender will charge extra     %  as default interest on the basis of regulated loan interest under this Contract for all overdue amount of foreign currency loan since the day it becomes overdue until the day when the Borrower repaid all pricipal and interest of the Loan in full amout.

 

罚息利率随贷款利率的调整而调整。如遇贷款利率调整，分段计算罚息。

The default interest will be adjusted according to the loan interest rate and calculated piecewise when the adjustment occurs.

 

 “贷款人”对本合同项下所有挪用的人民币贷款，从贷款挪用之日起,在本合同第五条规定的贷款利率的基础上加收    作为罚息利率,计收罚息，直至“借款人”全额清偿挪用“贷款”本息之曰止。

Article 9  The Lender will charge extra      as default interest on the basis of regulated loan interest under this Contract for all misappropriated RMB loan since the day it diverted until the day when the Borrower repaid all pricipal and interest of the diverted Loan in full amout.

 

“货款人”对本合同项下所有挪用的外币赞款，从贷款挪用之日起，在本 合同第五条规定的贷款利率的基础上加收    %  作为罚息利率，计收罚息， 直至“借款人”全额清偿挪用“贷款”本息之日止。

 The Lender will charge extra    %  as default interest on the basis of regulated loan interest under this Contract for all misappropriated RMB loan since the day it diverted until the day when the Borrower repaid all pricipal and interest of the diverted Loan in full amout.

 

罚息利率随贷款利率的调整而调整。如遇贷款利率调整，分段计算罚息。

The default interest will be adjusted according to the loan interest rate and calculated piecewise when the adjustment occurs.

 

对贷款期内不能按期支付的利息，按合同利率计收复利；对贷款逾期或挪用期间不能按期支付的利息，按逾期或挪用罚息利率计收复利；如同一 笔贷款既存在逾期又存在挪用情况，则按挪用罚息利率计收复利。

The interest unpaid during the loan period shall calculate the compound rate by the Contract interest rate; the interest unpaid in the period of loan overdue or defalcated shall calculate the compound rate by the related default interest rate; if overdue and defalcation occurs to the same loan, the compound rate shall be calculated by the default rate of defalcation.
