Confess:

• 承认（通常是比较令人尴尬的事情）He confessed to me that he had never kissed a girl!

Shock:

• Adj. A shocking moment 令人震惊的时刻

Intimate:

• 亲密的 intimate friends, intimate relationship
• 私人的，隐秘的，private.

Like:

• 大约，大概， How much does it cost? It’s like 5 dollars.

Romantic: n, 浪漫的人

Sensitive: 褒义时候表示“善解人意, 感性”，贬义的时候，尤其是和too连起来用时，表示“太敏感，容易生气”就是个谁也不敢与之开玩笑的人。注意与“sensible” (明智的，理智的)区分开来。A sensible suggestion （一个明智的建议）.

Objectify: 物化， treat women as a sex object: 把女人看成性玩物。

CARRIE: Pussy?

Pussy:

• pussy cat小猫咪（小孩子说的）
• 用来形容男生（懦夫，大脓包，大草包，没用的家伙）You are such a pussy.
