    北京植物园的月季园占地7公顷，是全国最大的月季园。5月23日,为期一个月的第四届北京月季文化节在北京植物园拉开了帷幕。本届月季文化节由北京市园林绿化局、北京市公园管理中心、中国花卉协会月季分会、北京花卉协会共同主办，北京植物园承办。本届月季文化节的主题是“月季—北京之花”。本次展览中，可以欣赏到1500余个品种的月季10万余株，是北京地区可观赏月季品种最多的景区。
