状语从句——在主从复合句中起状语作用的从句。

按照用途，状语从句可分为：时间，地点，原因，目的，结果，条件，让步，比较，方式。 

专升本历年所考查的，主要就是各种状语从句的连接词。

▲     时间状语从句：when, while, as, before, after, since, till, until, as soon as

the moment,  the instant,  the minute, every time  for the time being眼下

no sooner……than,  hardly……when,  scarcely……when
