早就听说人民大学以前条件很艰苦，但现在确实改善了，不过却少了当年那种奋进的精神……

有过这样的老师真的很幸运啊。

邹老师，我是国内一所211高校管理学院的研究生，想跟你说，你不知道，我们目前的所谓研究生整天是怎么过日子的，天天就是上网，还有就打游戏，考试就是临时抱佛脚。老师们上课也是装装样子，不备课，上课就是胡诌，讲自己的学生在外面赚多少多少钱，上周又到外地开会了。唉，学生们在混学历，老师们在混资历！！
我也是在混学历！老师们都不搞学术，我搞什么，搞不进去，老师们也没有水平来指导。我只想通过高点的学历找到好点的工作，这就是现实吧！！
邹老师，你的博客我一直在看，在关注，钦佩你！你的才情，你的正直，让人感佩！！
其实，我是想学习的，只是不知道方法，而中国的教育体制又扼杀学生的兴趣！邹老师，想向你请教方法。像您一样，做大学问，对我来说是不可能了。或许，我想学的正是您痛恨的东西，我想学的是pragmatic的东西，您所痛恨的进投行，恰恰是我们所有小人物的渴望。

Remember: you're deprived of your say in Chinese affairs and therefore in a disadvantaged position so long as you are in a foreign country. By the way, I also suggest Professor Zou stop talking about introducing Harvard economics textbooks into China. No matter how good it is, mentioning it too often would make people uncomfortable. I'm not sure whether I'm right in saying the above, but I do hope Professor Zou can sit down and do something really great instead of ranging too far and wide. You will stage a glorious comeback in China if you listen to me.

Hi, sorry, I'm talking about "mentioning too often the introduction of Harvard's economics textbooks", not "Harvard economics textbooks". So the point is on "mention". Those textbooks are really the most advanced ones in the world, so don't get me wrong. Introduction of these textbooks is a great thing done by Professor Zou for the economics teaching in these universities. Anyway, it's just a small thing, forget it, or just remove the above posting if possible. Maybe it is right to display all the good work done and contributions made by Professor Zou. I'm just a passer-by, and might have made the wrong comments or suggestion. (to be continued by the next posting)
