Is that "warmly welcome"?

If so, it is most commonly used in narrative forms (e.g. "Wherever they go, they are warmly welcomed."; "You will be warmly welcomed by our friendly staff and newly renovated interior.").

In greeting, however, "welcome" alone, or sometimes its noun form, is more likely to be encountered (e.g. "Welcome here!"; "Welcome to you"; "I’d like to give you a warm welcome on behalf of the president.").
