本次培训每一组的带导者--玫瑰园的全体外教。
Teachers were warmly welcomed to rose garden’s multi-function room, gently decorated for this occasion. The teachers that are home to this campus neatly prepared the meeting and decorated each table in a different way.
当老师们进入到培训大厅时,迎接他们的是温馨、舒适的环境。玫瑰园外教们精心地准备会议现场,在每一张桌子都做了不一样的布置。

“在布置、装饰会议的桌面时,我使用了一些来自我的家乡菲律宾的一些工艺品。这些不仅能够代表我们国家的文化,同时也表达了我对将要和我一起参与会议的老师们的热烈欢迎。”
Miss Lucy from University of British Columbia Childcare Services Caribou Centre, Canada shared her point of view on the different stages of development for young learners. Through case studies, sharing and discussions, she was able to make teachers fully understand and experience children’s emotional and cognitive development.
来自加拿大UBC大学附属幼儿园的Lucy老师为启明的英文教师带来了精彩的讲座和经验分享。通过案例、实操,和老师们分享了不同年龄段的孩子的身体发展、情感、认知等方面的发展特点,使得在座的老师们充分理解并体会了孩子的内心世界。
“There are no wrong answers” is miss Lucy’s motto, which encouraged
every person present to express him/herself.
“任何人的想法和发言都没有对错之分。”这是Lucy老师在此次培训分享过程中说的最多的一句话,代表着对每一位参与者的尊重,鼓励每一名教师积极地表达自己的想法。

The activities in the afternoon allowed us to fully enjoy our foreign employees’ enthusiasm and appeal.
