力从脚下起 A Weight-Shift Drill A drill for the downswing weight shift is to put a golf ball under the left heel. On the downswing, you should try to push the ball into the ground. You can also see how the transfer of the weight to the left foot is facilitated by a release of the right foot into its instep. Do not get up on the toe of the right foot, as that changes your posture and can lead to an excessive turn of the hips, also known as “spinning out.”
下杆时候要感觉把球踩到地下.
右脚向内侧转移实现身体左移.不要右脚指撑起,这会改变站姿和髋的过度转动,或俗称"转出来了"
