It is with great pleasure that we invite you to join us to honor the graduating class of the Jet Set Sports and
CoSport Olympic Hospitality Training Academy.

Date: Friday the 11th of July

Location: Grand Ballroom of the JW Marriott Hotel, Beijing

Registration: 05:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

 

Upon completion of the graduation program, a celebration dinner will follow.

 

Please, we kindly request you return to Lara Costa a confirmation of your presence at the event no later than Wednesday, July 9th.

Please wear professional dress as this is a formal dinner party and special occasion with Jet Set Sports/CoSport Senior Management, VIP Guests and CITS Senior Management 

 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE: 

(between 5 & 6pm – ensure you do not miss your photo time, see below)

1.       Go to the Grand Ball Room, look for the signs

2.       Find the registration desk for your Hospitality Group

3.       Sign In and Register at the Registration Desk

4.       Locate your Trainer and stand with your Hospitality Group

5.       You will then make your way to the Picture Room to have your Hospitality Group Photo taken with your Trainer.

1- Enter the JW Grand Ballroom by the hotel’s North Entrance
2- Go down the escalators right in front on the North Entrance
3- Find the registration desk that has been designed for your
specific Hospitality Group
4- Upon registration: 1) Your presence will be confirmed; 2)
You’ll receive an ID.
5- Identify your trainer and ask for his help to sit at the table
that has been designed for your Hospitality Group.
6- Await on your chair for further instructions regarding
CLASS PICTURE WITH YOUR TRAINER.
ALL OF THIS WILL HAPPEN VERY FAST! YOUR
ATTENTION TO THESE INFORMATIONS IS
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!
