郑耀福，男，汉族，1944年生，甘肃省兰州市人，中共党员，正县级退休干部，2014年9月世界教科文组织授予“感动世界年度人物”，特级书画师，全国著名书画家，现任甘肃省书法家协会和世界华人书画名家协会终身会员，盛世轩（北京）书画艺术研究院、北京华夏国艺书画院客座教授，长城魂当代诗书画家协会名誉主席，中国古文化艺术研究会学部委员，中国书画艺术研究会、北京华夏国艺书画院、（香港）中国文人书法家协会理事，中国翰墨书画院院士，中国老年书画研究会会员，长沙羲之国际艺术中心“艺术顾问”，中国国画院兰州分院理事，黄庭坚书画艺术学会常务理事，甘肃飞天书画艺术学会会员，甘肃省直属机关书画协会和甘肃省老干部书画协会会员。先后获得国内书画大赛展不同级别奖项128 次。其中荣获一等奖 22 次，金奖86次。北京众朋达国际文化艺术中心将郑耀福同志的部分作品编排成电子相册，向世界各地书画机构发电子邮件，通过电子屏幕在世界各地同时展出。部分作品在港、澳、台及国内二十四个大中城市巡回展出，在《中国当代书画精品藏典》、《中国墨宝传世大典》、《中华当代书画名家墨迹选》、《全国书法美术优秀作品集》、《和谐之光》等50多部全国书画名家作品集中和“书法报”上刊载。全国书画大赛授予的荣誉称号有：最具影响力国际书画艺术大师、国际书画艺术大师、终身成就奖书画艺术名人、全球华人优秀书画艺术家、共和国杰出艺术家、国际书画艺术名人、中国当代资深书画家、中国德艺双馨艺术家、人民艺术家、中华艺坛名家等70多个。个人作品有《郑耀福国内外书画赛展获奖作品选集》、《郑耀福书画选集》、《郑耀福艺术作品选集》和《郑耀福文稿选编》等。
