be angry with仅对人而言，如：
R u angry with me?
She was very angry with him for keeping her waiting.

be angry about仅对事而言，常可与be angry at互换，但若像：She was angry about his laughing at her.当中“about"不宜代之以at,以免与其后的at重复。再如：
What r u angry about?
He was angry about the delay.

Be angry at多针对人的言行而言，如：
I was angry at his slipshod work.
Anybody will be angry at being kept waiting so long.

但如表十分气恼，亦可用at指人，如：
We were angry at the boys for their tardiness.
(at强调情绪，如用with则强调对象，即the boys.)
