       昨天上午10时起，厦门突降暴雨，在思明区一小时雨量达117mm，3小时雨量达到特大暴雨。由于降雨突发且持续密集，使厦门不少低洼局地和部分路段大量积水，不少车辆被淹浸泡。厦门大学西校门则成了一片泽国。大门临时关闭，教室及校园受淹。

       到了黄昏时雨停歇一阵后，积水慢慢消去，道路交通恢复正常。不过到了夜间大雨又降临，据气象部门发布红色预警，暴雨还将持续到明天，并伴有雷电、短时强降水、6～8级短时大风。但愿暴雨不会给厦门带来更大的灾害。
