梁锦英(1936年3月----2005年2月4日)，广东德庆人，中国硬笔书法的早期开拓者、硬笔书法大师、硬笔书法活动家、教育家。曾任中国书法家协会会员，广东省书法家协会理事，广州市书法家协会副主席；中国硬笔书法家协会副主席兼创作评审委员会主任，广州硬笔书法家协会第一、二、三届主席；广东青年书法家协会顾问，广州师范学院钢笔书会名誉会长。已出版的著作主要有：《钢笔书法》、《钢笔行草书法千家诗》、《草书书写门径》、《圆珠笔书写门径》、《梁锦英钢笔书法》以及与人合编《六体钢笔字典》、《钢笔字技法》等。
