Hi Everyone!

Over the last week I have seen two great movies and met two great directors.  Two days ago, I had the privilege to meet Wang Jia Wei.  Of course, leave it to the HK media at Oriental Daily to write that I squeezed my way in to meet him when it was nothing like that.  But on the positive note, I guess I should be happy that I am newsworthy enough to be on the entertainment headline. In this industry, you always have to try to find something positive to think about.  Anyways, the real truth was that I was invited by Shanghai Film Studios as a VIP guest and introduced to him.  I was so flattered when he told me that he had already known who I was.  We ended up talking quite a lot and all I can say is that I am quite impressed by him.  It goes without saying that I have always admired his work for his unique style and cinematography, but after talking to him, I can say that I additionally admire him for his personality.   He has a cool, sophisticated, generous and warm demure to him.  I watched the way he interacted with people and could tell right away that he has great “ren yuan”.

I really appreciated that he took time out of what was supposed to be his “special night” to talk to me and give me a few words of advice.  Anyways, the whole night was a very memorable night and I just have to work hard and wait to see if I have “yuan” to work with him.

As for My Blueberry Nights, I am planning to see it tomorrow.  Everyone should rush out to see it and support one of China’s best directors.  If that’s not enough, you have Norah Jones’s debut in film, the ever so handsome Jude Law, and one of my younger generation favorites, Natalie Portman. 

Also Christmas is around the corner, so for those that are celebrating the holiday, Merry Christmas!

上周我看了两部经典的影片，同时也遇到了两位著名的导演—冯小刚和王家卫导演。更加坚定了自己演绎事业的信心，同时也觉得，如果有幸能与两位导演合作，将是我莫大的荣幸！

就此想说点什么，使我能安心工作：（！就在两天前我有幸遇到了王家卫导演。香港媒体东方日报上写说我向导演献殷勤，可是事情并非如此。但值得庆幸的是，我的照片刊登在了娱乐版的头条新闻上，这让我感到一丝安慰。在这个领域里，人们总是不得不想办法找到积极的东西来安慰自己！不管怎样，事实的真像是我作为上海电影制片厂邀请的VIP嘉宾出席这次活动并被介绍给了王家卫导演。导演告诉我说他之前就已经认识我了，我心里很高兴。我和导演谈了很多，对导演的印象极其深刻，对于他的电影才华和独特的电影风格，自不用说，最重要的是，和他交谈完之后，我深刻感受到了导演的人格魅力。他是一个很酷，细腻而又慷慨且热心的人，从他对待身边的人的态度，我能感受到，导演的人缘非常好。

很感激他在这个“特殊的晚宴”上与我交谈并给了我一些宝贵的意见和建议。整个晚会是令人记忆深刻的，我同时也感到自己应该努力的工作，并等待着有机会能与王家卫导演合作一部影片。

我打算明天就去看《蓝莓之夜》这部影片！我想每个人都应该抽出时间去看这部片子。而且也应该支持这位中国最优秀的导演之一的王家卫导演。
