《北京青年报》访问了新世代的知名设计师，同时也是服装品牌 Lu 12.28的创立人刘璐。

 －－－发现最好的自己

 刘璐希望在未来十年里面，能跟中国的年轻设计师携手促成中国女性真正属于自己的穿衣风格。刘璐她也因此希望中国的服装业能更独立、更有品质和创新性。

刘璐做设计不会特意的想象一张脸或者一个身体作为设计目标，她认为设计只要能够体现出女性的美，就是成功的。服装除了最基本的遮体功能之外，最重要的就是女性将自身的美表现出来。现在的中国社会越来越进步，当一个人的财富 经历 学识达到一定程度之后，就会自然而然的非常在意自己的穿着。生活不再是简单的衣食住行，你喜欢的衣服、设计师能表达出你的审美趣味。我们不能只模仿国外的穿着，中国人有自己的特点  应该好好的利用穿着表现出来。我们应该在穿着搭配注重实用的基础上也考虑到搭配的时尚效果。

 在这一季，设计师刘璐觉得“这个世界没有一定要买的东西，只有适合不适合你的东西，全中国这么多人这么可能只穿一样的衣服？每个人的优缺点、文化背景、教育程度……不同，所以must have也不同。”

刘璐将自己的这种想法融入自己的品牌里面，lu12.28将服装提高到一个新的程度，它不再仅仅的人吃穿住用里面的一个基本组成部分，而是一种生活态度和生活方式的表现。

Liu Lu hopes that in the next ten years, she can create a new sense and style of fashion for Chinese women along with other young Chinese fashion designers. She also hopes China’s fashion industry can develop into a more independent environment with professional quality and an abundance of growing new ideas.

 When Liu Lu develops ideas for her pieces, she believes women should discover their own individual attributes. When choosing clothing for themselves, Liu Lu says a lot of people are not aware of their characteristics and qualities. The most important thing to remember is to know your strengths and weaknesses. That is why Liu Lu also says, she does not have any model or image in her mind when designing something new. She believes the most important thing in design is to show a person’s beauty. That’s what she focuses when she makes new designs

She believes Chinese women should take account of fashion from foreign countries but not replicate foreign (European) styles, as Chinese women have their own unique sense of beauty.

Something we must be aware of is that Chinese people are traditionally too ‘practical’ when choosing what to wear. As our society is slowly becoming more and more educated and modern, we should be more aware of our dressing sense. The Chinese proverb says that people live on the four basics of ‘clothing, food, housing, transport’. As the society of China of changing, people – especially modern Chinese women should be more aware of their sense of dressing and choosing their dressing style becomes a part of their lifestyle. Clothing is no longer a basic necessity of life, but a way of living with style.

Lastly, Liu Lu takes into account that every person is different; people come from different families, education backgrounds and peruse different career pathways. When asked if there is any “must have” for this season. She says that due to people’s different personal attributes, their “must haves” with also be unique and different. The most important is to understand and find your sense of style.
