《Love Actually》每年圣诞节必看的电影，已经看了N多次了，但还会在固定桥段被感动的落泪。没办法，谁让心里那块最柔软的部分被触动了。 不知道为什么，每次圣诞节，总是很伤感。 本来以为这次还蛮开心的，没啥事情，平安夜晚上羽毛球训练，和放松.结束后同2个朋友一起到新天地喝茶吃冰淇淋，然后一起修理一个没水准的猪头男。 

回到家里同一个朋友聊天，不知道怎么，他的情感悲情一下子控制不住，对过去的情感，回忆了很多，宣泄了很多，而我却被不知不觉也被带进了他们的故事中，心中的惋惜和难过一下子像开了闸的洪水涌出，我看着屏幕上一个个字，不想回复任何字。脑子像拍电影一样，跟随着他们的点点滴滴。最后实在是受不了了。但是又不想打断他的释放和宣泄，毕竟朋友不就是用来当垃圾筒的吗？

凌晨3点，我告诉他，电脑会一直开着，你想说任何话都可以。

早晨10点醒来时，看到屏幕上密密麻麻的字，他一直写到4点半才睡觉。天！男人其实比女人更脆弱，更难以自拔。原来世界上真的有男人会因为一个女人的离开而如此神伤。不由的羡慕那个女人，她是否知道在如此寒冷的深夜里，有人在为她的离开，而寝食难安，痛不欲生呢？但愿我从来没有伤过别人，若是有，但愿那些被我伤过的人现在都过的好吧！

我一直以为自己的小宇宙很强，能给身边的亲人和朋友带去能量和温暖，没有想到对面如此强大的悲情，我的小宇宙却被熄灭了。面对朋友的悲伤，我却无能为力，这让我更难过。也许天生我就有一种使命感，让自己的温暖能照到需要的人，给他们力量，就像星矢保护雅典娜一样，对他们忠诚。

下午又睡午觉，傍晚去健身房，任自己在跑步上发泄，不看时间，不看公里数，就是一直跑，一直跑，直到想吐为止。结束时，跑步机上全是汗，公里数显示10公里。 

终于，我的自动“除尘系统”把自己的心收拾干净了。此时的心，无比的清澈、透明和轻松。虽然累了点，但是身体上的酸痛把心里的情绪发泄出来了。终于又满格电力了，小宇宙又在燃烧了。

Love Actually，其实每个人都充满爱的能量，不仅照亮自己的心，更重要的是能温暖别人，一个拥抱足以。
