黄胄（1925～1997），原姓梁，名淦堂，字映齐。河北省蠡县人。1940年从著名画家赵望云学国画。1948年参加中国人民解放军，任西北军区战士读物出版社美术记者和编辑。1952年《苹果花开的时候》获全国美展一等奖，《打马球》获全国青年美展一等奖。1957年《洪荒风雪》获第六届世界青年联欢节国际艺术展览会金奖。后调中国人民解放军军事博物馆任创作员。擅人物、走兽，尤善画驴，速写功底深厚。出版有《黄胄作品选》、《动物写生》、《黄胄速写集》、《百驴图》等。历任中国画研究院副院长、中国美术家协会常务理事、炎黄艺术馆馆长。全国政协委员。
