南京医科大学脑高级功能障碍康复硕士研究生招生相关信息

    研究方向：脑高级功能障碍（语言/认知/运动控制/情感/社会交往障碍）康复的行为学、脑电、脑成像和经颅刺激技术（TMS、tDCS）研究（科研型或临床型研究生）。

    拟招收对象：来自康复医学科、神经内科、脑外科、神经影像科等相关学科，以及神经科学、认知科学、心理学、语言学、计算机科学等领域的应届、历届毕业生。对大脑功能及其康复有浓厚兴趣，并愿意为之付出辛苦努力、勇于开拓创新者。希望硕士毕业后留在江苏省人民医院钟山康复分院脑高级功能康复实验室继续潜心研究，把卓越的科研成果转化到脑损伤患者的康复工作中去，造福于广大患者。

    单春雷，男，1972年5月生。南京医科大学第一附属医院/江苏省人民医院康复医学中心副主任，江苏省人民医院钟山康复分院/江苏钟山老年康复医院（筹）常务副院长，副主任医师，副教授，硕士生导师。中国科学院心理研究所脑高级功能研究实验室/脑与认知科学国家重点实验室博士（导师：翁旭初研究员），南京医科大学康复医学硕士（导师：励建安教授）。

    德国萨尔兰大学神经心理学实验室、美国华盛顿大学康复医学研究所、美国国际糖尿病中心（ICD）交流博士/学者。曾赴美、德、瑞士等国及港、台的康复医院观摩交流。赴联合国亚太经社会指定的泰国孔敬大学湄公学院学习管理学。攻读中科院心理所认知神经科学博士学位期间，跟随我国功能磁共振（fMRI）开创者之一翁旭初研究员，承担国家杰出青年基金项目“汉字加工的认知神经科学研究”的神经心理学子课题，擅长以“认知神经心理学+高分辨率脑结构成像+脑功能成像（BOLD-fMRI）+纤维束成像（DTI-DTT）”整合的新模式进行视觉语言加工及障碍的脑机制研究，并多次在国际、全国学术会议和培训班上向康复医学界推广，受到好评。在国际上首次提出汉字左半错读（left hemiparalexia）的概念和神经机制，并首次用神经心理学结合脑成像证据证明汉字加工的中央凹分割（foveal splitting）本质，该SCI文章受到国际知名专家的高度评价。近来开始研究基于镜像神经元系统的失语症康复作用和机制，与美国神经病学学院高级院士、美国加州大学神经病学系主任、Brain and language杂志主编Steve Small教授进行广泛深入合作。

    主攻方向为脑高级功能障碍如语言障碍、认知障碍、运动控制障碍的康复，以及探寻“运动-认知-语言-情感-社会交往”功能之间的关系。能够把康复医学、神经病学、神经科学、脑成像技术、脑刺激技术、认知神经心理学、神经语言学较好地融汇在一起。

    发表论文30余篇（SCI/EI相关7篇）。参编/参译康复医学书籍8部，主编1部（进行中）。

    作为负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，江苏省自然科学基金面上项目1项，江苏省“六大人才高峰”项目1项，江苏省卫生厅兴卫工程项目1项，作为第二负责人主持江苏省临床医学科技专项项目1项，作为第二申请人承担江苏省科技支撑计划项目1项，作为子课题负责人承担江苏省重点学科子课题3项。参加国际/国家/省级课题6项，主持省级继续教育项目1项。

Research Interest

     By combining behavioral tests, structural and functional neuroimaging techniques (DTI-DTT, fMRI), to explore mechanism underlying the disorders and recovery of higher brain functions (such as language, cognition and motor control), and to develop the mechanism-based rehabilitative treatments.
