夏季档最快的一部日剧，全六回。估计与《番多拉》差不多的性质。人性某种黑暗探讨。审计对于那些作假帐公司的一种制约。也可算得上是一个蛮有正义感的一份职业。只是这份职业不会让你有满足感或是成就感。因为这是一份在黑暗中行走的职业。

塚本高史这次大改形象，演绎了一位有着七岁孩子的父亲。虽然这样的身份到现在还没有办法接受。不过单从表面上来看。的确没有太多的改变。

故事内容切入点也算是蛮好的。作为审计工作者，当然是希望能把假财调查出来。可是一旦调查出来，就会涉及坏账。面临到股票下跌，公司倒闭。有可能上百人，上千人失业。公司老板负债累累。甚至是自杀。
