一、名词的词类转换

1.名词转译成动词

The staff know that their boss is a lover of champagne,so they will try to buy some for him when they are out in business. 员工们知道老板非常喜爱香槟酒，所以在外出差时就想办法给他带点。

2.名词转译成形容词

Undoubtedly,air and water are necessities to human's life,so we shall try our best not to pollute them.毫无疑问，空气和水对人类的生活是必须的，因此，我们尽量不要污染它们。

3.名词转译成副词

My boss looked at me in surprise as if he had never seen me before.

老板惊讶地看着我，好像从没见过我似的。

 

二、动词的词类转换

1.动词转译成名词

The small village was severely damaged in the earthquake.

小村庄在地震中遭到了严重的破坏。

2.动词转译成副词

The whole family succeeded in persuading Father not to smoke.

全家人成功地劝服了父亲戒烟。

 

三、形容词的词类转换

1.形容词转译成名词

Our government calls on the rich to help the poor in order to realize affluence in the whole country sooner. 为了早日实现全国富裕，政府号召富人有助穷人。

2.形容词转译成动词

Our customers are very satisfied with our products.客户对我们的产品非常满意。

 

四、副词的词类转换

1.副词转译成名词

He is physically weak but mentally sound. 他身体虽弱但智力正常。

2.副词转译成动词

There are too many workers off,which causes the shortage of our products.太多工人请假，这导致了我们的产品供货不足。

3.副词转译成形容词

Boys behave differently from girls:men behave differently from women.男孩与女孩有着不同的行为；男人与女人也一样。

 

五、介词的词类转换

Many visitors came to our company for the first time,so our manager took them around it. 许多顾客是第一次来我们公司，因此经理带他们参观一下。
