How to Make Spring Pancakes

fried the grated white radish and turnip with red flesh

fried grated potato and carrot

spring onion and fried soy bean dressing

beautifully arranged pancake before rolling

Son likes pancakes very much.But he can't make them even he is good at cooking some dishes.Today I made him his favorite spring pancakes,he really enjoyed them.

How to make pancakes:

Materials:flour 120g, boiled water 80g, salt 1g

That's easy.

process:1.boil the water;

2.pour the boiled water into the flour, stir it with chopsticks,then leave it cool;

3.knead it into a dough and let it rest around 1 hour;

4.divid the dought into 4 balls;

5.take a ball,roll it into a paper-like thin round pancake;

6.reheat the pan with weak fire,put the pancake into it, let it done,then turn to the other side.

7.serve it with your favorite dishes.
