烤出来的温情：看最原始的月饼是怎么出炉的（多图）

新鲜出炉的陕北特色月饼

    前几天，去了一趟陕北的榆林。在街头闲逛时，偶然遇见一原始的月饼作坊，于是有了以下的图片记录。

    此月饼作坊原来是给榆林市和各县、乡批发商服务供货的，所制作的月饼经此销往各地，并最终进入千家万户，成为大家中秋节桌上不可或缺的一道美味。

    月饼作坊很简陋，室外有一个原始的炉灶，灶是用泥糊的，月饼靠柴火的烘烤而成。通过一条小巷，进到操作间，只见几个妇女在忙碌着。和面、压饼、印模......经过数道工序，一个个月饼就这样成型。然后，再装到铁制容器，放进灶炉里烘烤。不一会，陕北特色的月饼就出炉诞生了。

    和月饼同时制作烘烤的，还有一种叫“糖稘子”的陕北特色食品，那是用面粉、鸡蛋、奶粉、白糖和油一起做成的。老板说，月饼1.5元一个，糖稘子1元一个。拍摄完毕，我分别买了两个刚刚烘烤出炉的月饼和糖稘子，想尝尝味道到底怎么样。糖稘子感觉很干，有些难以下咽，啃了两口就没再吃；月饼的馅很多，有芝麻、花生仁、瓜子仁、葡萄干等，实在是太丰富了，虽然吃起来比城里的大牌月饼要硬磕的多，但细嚼慢咽之下却别有一番风味。呵呵，越是原始的东西，越是能让人体味到一股浓浓的乡情！（视点阿东）
