总觉得老天像是有意在捉弄人，怎么每次比赛的第一天都会没风阿？不过我有一种预感，接下来几天肯定大风了，要么就是中风天。反正我们队的选手什么风都擅长，就看临场发挥了。

For a no wind day, also delayed our large sailing team's training. After the morning physical training, then we rested all afternoon. I spent the whole afternoon on learning in English, especially for sailing terms in English. As I learnt a lot all about our daily lifes, I didn't know much about sailing terms. So in these days, I made every effort try to progress my Speciality English talking. Preparing for those because I will be a interpretor of this National Games for Shanghai Team. As some judges are foreign people, so I will play this role on a Protest Hearing. Hopes I can do a perfect work this time!
