除去高尔夫给老虎带来膝关节的考验，奥巴马也给国会山议员的膝关节带来不小的考验——在52分钟的演讲中，共有61次鼓掌，并且多数是起立鼓掌~~~

    昨晚看了奥巴马25日演讲的部分视频，除去演讲内容（内容可见各大媒体简要记述），首先看到的是奥巴马的演讲功底浑厚，其站姿、表情、语调、语速、手势可谓教科书式的范例，尤其是接受长时间鼓掌时用坚定眼神、绅士地缓慢四顾的姿态更令掌声难以停顿下来。

   演讲稿当然是写得好，奥氏演讲中谈到很多的问题，谈能源，说到了我们中国，也说到日本、德国和韩国，最终鼓励美国人要重新回到领先的位置来：

It begins with energy. We know the country that harnesses the power of clean, renewable energy will lead the 21st century.  And yet, it is China that has launched the largest effort in history to make their economy energy efficient. We invented solar technology, but we’ve fallen behind countries like
Germany and Japan in producing it. New plug-in hybrids roll off our assembly lines, but they will run on batteries made in Korea. 

Well I do not accept a future where the jobs and industries of tomorrow take root beyond our borders – and I know you don’t either. 
It is time for America to lead again. （全体起立长时间鼓掌）

谈教育，奥巴马说：今天我不仅仅是总统而是一个父亲来和你们谈教育的责任……

These education policies will open the doors of opportunity for our children.  But it is up to us to ensure they walk through them.  In the end, there is no program or policy that can substitute for a mother or father who will attend those parent/teacher conferences, or help with homework after dinner, or turn off the TV, put away the video games, and read to their child. I speak to you not just as a President, but as a father when I say that responsibility for our children's education must begin at home. 

    讲稿写得好还要讲得好。有时候不得由衷地赞叹美国人的自信心，从孩子到总统，当他们需要表现出信心时是那么地坚定不移，那么地发自内心，那么地具有感染力，这不是白纸黑字能够表现的东西，而是充斥在整个思维模式的内心信念，通过恰当的方式表现出来并能感染他人，使人深信不疑的功力。

    CNN民调显示，68%的美国人观看了这次演讲，高达82%支持总统的计划，奥巴马的支持率也从演讲前的62%升到演讲后的69%，接近七成。

    其实，成功的演讲者并不是天生的，演讲绝对是一门艺术，通俗地也可以表现为一门课程。成功的演讲者是可塑造的，演讲的各项技能是可以训练的，同时演讲也是需要有适合的场景去练习的。我记得学生时代我也接受过粗浅的演讲训练，老师让我将同一个句子用不同的声调、语速讲出来，从中选择一个你认为最有表现效果的方式。我们还练习不同停顿时的姿态和表情，让听众思考的停顿、让观众鼓掌的停顿……等等。

    真希望我们的孩子在学校能够有这门功课，我们不妨设想，将演讲的技能贯彻到文史哲、数理化中去，这将是多么有趣的学习过程啊。

    建议中学生找到演讲的原文认真阅读，基本上能读懂的，有时间也可以看看视频，这对阅读和写作都大有裨益，同时也是听力和朗读的绝好教材。
