看到《南方周末》有篇文章，谈到：

　　白岩松在节目休息中遇到中国神经外科专家凌锋，凌锋说现在节目里最缺的是通俗易懂、能印成传单一样的常识。没过多久，凌锋编了十条救助常识顺口溜：发现生命先送水，未能饮水快补液；清理口鼻头偏侧，呼吸通畅是原则；臀部肩膀往外拖，不可硬拽伤关节；伤口出血靠压迫，夹板木棍定骨折……

　　接下来的直播时段，白岩松至少把这十条顺口溜念了不下两遍，制作团队还同时把顺口溜打成了字幕。

　　一个小时之后，前方传来一段新闻：一个小男孩，9岁，利用学过的防震常识，让大家往墙角跑，救了身边6个小伙伴……

　　有鉴于此，在此有必要将地震局的地震宣传单与大家分享，图片很形象，要诀易记忆，是一份很不错的地震知识普及小册子。可能现在有些迟了，但是希望大家都能学会，在灾区余震不断的情况下，在灾后重建的过程中，这些知识或许能帮助一些小忙～
