《圣城家园》是一家领先国内的中英文双字幕影视剧资源网站，每天有成百上千的朋友注册成为我们的会员，所以加入我们英语交流群的朋友们都是百分之百的英语爱好者，现在每天加入的群友有20名左右，既然我们坐拥着如此优厚的资源，为何不把群发展得更好些呢？特此，在群里做出以下规定，期望大家齐心把群的质量办上去，和群友们一起进步。

Dream2008 is a nation-wide leading website which producing the resources of double-caption movies or serials and providing corresponding links for downloading, hundreds of new registered members are attaining membership of this website per day, and about 20 of them joined our group, they are all addicted to English (I suppose), so since we have this well-set fresh blood chain, why don’t we use it to bring our group to anther level? Therefore, we like to establish some ground rules in our group, and look forward to improve the quality of it, holding hands with our friends here and moving forward all together.

Group Regulations:

所有新老群友们，请自觉遵守以下规定，否则将被请出局，严重破坏群规的将被列入黑名单，永远拒绝加入本群。

To all the new members or present members, please initiatively follow the terms below or you will be removed from our chamber. Members who vehemently violated the terms below will be posted on blacklist, and your behavior in our group is a key factor while we consider weather let you join us or not again.

1. 必须使用英语作为语言交流工具（除非在非常必要的情况下可使用汉语，其它语言例如法语、西语等均可，只要有人回应，我们不在乎多学点）

1. English in the only acceptable communication tool in our Group (you can type Chinese only in necessary circumstances, other languages French, Spanish is ok in here, we don’t mind to learn more as long as there are respondences)

2. 请保持活跃（不活跃基于进群后是否从来没有发过言，或是否在一段固定时间内（详见群公告）没有在群里发言来评判，将来沉默时间会越来越短）

2. Please remain active in here (Evaluating your activity is based on whether you’ve opened your mouth once since you got in and whether you’ve spoken a words during certain days (refer to group post), the mute time will be shorter as time goes on )

3. 请修改您的群名片为英文字符（如果不知道如何修改，请提供一个名字给管理员来修改）

3. Please do change your member name to English character (If you don’t have such knowledge to change it, providing a name and asking group manager to help)

４.不允许在群内使用咒骂、诅咒、侮辱等不文明用语，群友间应彼此尊重。

4. Swearing, cursing or insulting other members is banned in our group, we are friends here and we should respect each other.

5.不允许在群内发布任何广告性质的或未经证实的小道消息（个别的幽默笑话可以接受，少量的图片也可，但刷屏，个人推销，乱贴其它群发布的可疑消息者马上请走）

5. AD or unauthentic messages are not allowed be posted in our group (individual funny story is ok, a few pictures are also ok, but members who spamming messages or posting messages related personal sales or shady information from other groups will be removed right away) 

这就是目前的群规，我们有权在需要时做出修改和增加，请先在群里生存下来，证明你是一个值得拥有的群友。一个有竞争力的群才是一个好群，现实生活中也一样。

There are the regulations we provide right now and we have the rights to perfect it whenever we need, so be a good team-player survive start from here, prove you are a worth member that we need. An excellent QQ group is the competitive one, the same goes in real world.
