今早一上班，孙远同学来了个伊妹。她对老苏将她去青海支教一事在苏洪宇博客昨天公布表示理解和感谢。

    为了让更多的人了解西部孩子生活的艰苦和教育的落后，为了呼吁更多的人伸出援手，她又发了一些当时的照片过来，希望通过苏洪宇博客让更多关心西部、关心西部儿童教育的博友们伸出一双手，献出一片爱。

    秋季，孙远同学还将远赴青海支教，老苏也决定用自己的方式支持一下。

I attached 6 more photos I took during the dinner in one boarding primary school. They live in school for 11 days and then have 4 days holiday. So each month they will have 22 days staying and eating in school. But you cannot believe that their food allowance is only rmb18 for these 22 days! Please see their menu for one week I attached, almost no meat, no milk, no vegetable! The teachers are eating the same as the kids. You can see some kids even did not have a pair of chopsticks, just one single half stick! No wonder those 10-13 year old kids look so short at their age.

 

 It's easy to get yogurt from the neighbor herders, and it will cost rmb1/day/person, the principal told me. I really want to do something for them. But I have not thought out a good way yet.

 

My son's school will have another trip to Qinghai in September. I wish to get more hands to help them till then.
