在上海一个交易会认识一个澳大利亚的朋友，他替我介绍一个波兰的客户，说可以和我们做生意。从3月初到现在，他一共发了四封邮件给我，体现了这个曾经谋面一次的外国友人的真诚，生意做不做成无所谓，但他的为人，令我肃然起敬！友情就是这么建立的，它没有国界。他其实是个波兰人，定居在澳大利亚20年了。

   本来3月初他朋友要来我司参观，由于有事，约在三3月中下旬，其间他朋友去日本，遇到了地震。再后来，又耽误了，前几天收到他的第四封邮件，我很欣慰他们要5月25日到我司参观。

   最喜欢他第四封信的那句话：“The time is flying and now we are already in the month of May 2011”。窗外日光弹指过，席间花影座前移。老外也懂的。

    5月25日这朋友和客人来了，我们定当浓重接待。下面，我们听着激情的音乐读这朋友热情的四封信吧。

一封信（Date: 2011-03-07 09:26）

Dear Jacky

It was my pleasure to meet you during  in Shanghai.

Very unfortunately father of my friend from Poland which supposed to arrive last Sunday 6 March is very sick so my friend has decided to postpone this visit.

At this stage he does not know yet when he will be able to travel. At this stage he hopes that in about 2 week’s time he will be able to travel to China for business.

As soon I will receive his conformation when he will arrive in China I will advice you then we will definitely visit your factory.

I am sorry that we where not able  to visit your factory this time , however we will visit as soon my friend will be able to travel .

Dear Jacky

My friend from Poland can travel again and we are planning to visit your factory for the Wednesday 23 of March and Thursday 24 March 2011.Please confirm that this dates are O.K for you.

As you have mentioned to me that you will be able to send your driver to pick us up from Hilton Shanghai hotel to travel to your factory.

I will call you Tuesday 22 March to make appointment with you driver what time to pick us up .

Dear Jacky

I am sorry to inform you that my Friend from Poland has decided to postpone trip to China for two months due to the problem in Japan with the nuclear power station.

He decided to postpone trip for two months until situation with Japan nuclear power station will be clear.

So he is now planning to arrive in Shanghai 22 May 2011 and planning to visit your factory Wednesday 25 May 2011.

I am sorry for this change, however foreign ministry in Poland has issue travel advice to all citizens not to travel to Far East countries until situation with Japan nuclear reactor in power station will be resolved and hopefully stabilized. In view of this advice my friend decided to postpone his trip until May 22 arrivals in Shanghai China.

I will be in touch with you all the time as we definitely will visit your factory to do business .I will call you Tuesday 24 May to confirm appointment with your driver  for Wednesday 25 May 2011.

      多谢Mr Paul！如果你们来了，我请你们喝中国的白酒！顺便把你那个朋友灌酒，Chinese wine,drink drink就晕了！订单，就是这么来滴！之前有个美国鬼子就上过我当，喝高了，不但把合同签了，还把他女朋友电话给我，说让我去美国，找不到他，就找他女朋友，可惜电话是美国的，国际长途，从来没打过。也很可惜，美国我至今还没去。怕去了，奥巴马紧张。
