来大理维笙山海湾酒店，几道特色佳肴不容错过。酸辣鱼的汤过口不忘，酸是以梅子和发酵的木瓜调制而成，由浅及深，回味无穷；牛干巴外酥里嫩，鲜香与焦脆并存；苦瓜成丁，与豌豆、火腿一起烹调，又是另一番口感；至于银鱼炒蛋，里面又是一个关于洱海生态环保的故事。
