can we talk in English

Can we talk or tell something in
English?
In this way all of ours can practice English,
enhance our ability of using it and can help others who need deal
with some difficulties in English learning.
English is becoming more and more important in
our moderning society year on year. More and
more foreighn institues building their developing
headquarters in China.
I wish you all can help me to develop my
English at least. Now I only can keep learning it by myself every
day.
