冯至《一個舊日的夢想》（14行诗27首之8，1941）

     是一個舊日的夢想，      This is a dream of old day

     眼前的人世太紛雜，      As the present world is far too chaotic,

     想依附著鵬鳥飛翔        I would like to fly with the roc in the same way.

     去和寧靜的星辰談話。    And talk to the stars that are static.

     千年的夢像個老人        The dream of a thousand years is like an old man.

     期待着最好的兒孫——    Expecting for the best offspring---

     如今有人飛向星辰，      Now to fly on,how to land,

     却忘不了人世的紛紜。    And arrange the constellation on the human land,

     他們常常为了学习        They thrust themselves to the space like the light

     怎樣運行，怎樣降落，    Now the old dream has turned

     好把星秩序排在人間，    Into barren widerness of meteors in plight.

     便光一般投身空際。      The thrust themselves to the space like the light.

     如今那舊夢却化作        Now the old dream has turned

     遠水荒山的隕石一片。    Into barren wilderness of meteors in plight.
