    真实的原始记录是新闻照片的灵魂，求的是原汁原味，一经改动或添枝加叶，其价值必打折扣。

    老鸭这张照片一看就是没上过PS的真货，画面语言丰富且耐人寻味。他说他对Photoshop那一套既不熟悉也不感兴趣，我也一样；现在看来，这倒是因祸得福，拍新闻照片就要坚守真实。跟商业照片比起来，纪实类照片非但更能打动人心，其包含的意义也悠远深刻，即便一个字没有，也能让人体会无穷；至于拍的好坏，我一向认为各有各的见解，没必要非要做个结论，总之，没动过手脚的新闻照片就是好货。

    Original photo records are the soul of news photos.  What is sought is the authentic.  As soon as they are touched or embellished, their value is inevitably discounted.

    As soon as I saw this photo of Donald Duck’s, I knew it was the real thing and hadn’t been to the PS.  The language of the picture is rich and thought-provoking.  He says he has no use for the PHOTOSHOP, that he is not familiar and has no interest.  I’m the same.  From the looks of it, this is a case of good coming out of misfortune.  When taking news photos, we must stick to the authentic.  Compared to commercial photos, on-the-spot photos are not only more moving emotionally, their significance is far more profound.  So even though there isn’t even one word, they afford people a first-hand understanding of the infinite.  As for whether they are shot well, I have felt all along that everyone has their own views.  There is no need to draw a conclusion.  To sum up, untouched news photos are high-quality goods.
