目前，许多学校都在推行研学旅游。根据区域特色、学生年龄特点和各学科教学内容需要，组织学生通过集体旅行、集中食宿的方式走出校园，在与平常不同的生活中拓展视野、丰富知识，加深与自然和文化的亲近感，增加对集体生活方式和社会公共道德的体验，增强学生自理能力、创新精神和实践能力。

既然我们的教育要打破以往的封闭式死读书、读死书，除了教师带学生走出去走一走、看一看，亲身体验。也要请外边的师生走进来，相互交流，共同成长。

今日，我们在秦岭北麓的阳虎教育学校，鉴证了外籍教师的教学经验。几个外籍教师来自印尼，也有墨西哥华人。他们授课非常轻松，没有刻板的面孔，允许学生任意坐，随意答。老师在讲台上讲课，外籍学生甚至冲到讲台上抢着在黑板上写答案。

最有意思的是，外籍教师让学生做一个游戏：学生分成两排，相对而坐，将腿伸出对顶，每相对两人为一组命名。随意点名，点到哪组，迅速从相对的人群中跨越伸出的双腿障碍，转一圈后回到原位。这个游戏，既要比个人速度，又不能伤及同伴双腿，这就是个人能力与团队协作的矛盾统一。寓教于乐，表达生动，意义深刻，深受学生欢迎。

今天中外师生互动，虽然存在语言障碍，但不影响亲切交流。对方的一个眼神对视、一种肢体语言，都能唤起另一方的回应。外籍师生在课堂上的自由发挥，中国学生严肃听课认真抢答，都引起对方的极大兴趣。

呼吁在目前教育体制条件下，我们的学生应该有更多的对抗演练，逃生演练，应该不断的提高自身能力，可以多出点力，多流点汗，乃至经风雨、见世面。
